Lovely hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful - they kindly let us check in 2 and a half hours early as our rooms were ready which was very kind. However, there were some issues: terrible signal (but there is free wifi so not too bad); we paid for buffet dinner and it was not good, do not recommend at all; the cleaning staff knocked on my door at 9:45am shocked that I was still in my room (checkout is 11:00am) then asked when I was leaving (felt inappropriate and that I was being rushed as she was waiting at the end of the hallway for us to leave); lights in the room were very weak; the shower took over 5 mins for water to turn on and was not strong (not ideal was washing long hair). My family an I would not choose to stay here again unfortunately as there are many other hotels in the area for similar price. Windsor was lovely (would visit again) but there is nothing to do in old Windsor or anything near the hotel, so you are reliant on the hotel or uber.

定了兩間雙床房，環境非常好，莊園很大要用莊園圖溜達，房間面積不算大，不滿意的是沒有空調，如果要是夏天去的要慎選，因為沒有空調房間裡太悶了，衹給一台電風扇，早餐也挺好

The hotel is very nice and good place to escape from London to beautiful nature. Our room was quiet , the bed was comfortable. We tried also dinner and it was ok (buffet type for 22 pounds per person).

Short weekend getaway. Beautiful grounds and hotel with several art pieces and sculptures to view. The food on offer during the evening was very tasty and loved the attentive service from the team. The hotel is close by to various trails and sights of you're liking for that. I would definitely stay again.

差到離譜🙃我定了兩間房，入住衹給了我一張房卡，説另一個訂單系統很慢，查不到。於是我們在前台等了一個多小時，並催促多次，始終找不到另外一個訂單。最後你猜怎麼回事？工作人員説你兩間房定了兩個不同名字，抱怨我為啥不告訴他？我説我給你展示了我的訂單，是兩個名字，兩個訂單號。他自己沒看著還抱怨起我來。無語至極。所以在一個破爛酒店前台入住花了一個半小時。房間也差到離譜。好吧，worst experience ever

莊園式度假酒店，房間設施完善，設計豪華。單人房偏小，沒注意雙人房的價格是一樣的。價格來説還算划算。唯一不足是附近餐廳有限，酒店的餐廳偏貴，早餐是經典英式早餐。環境優美舒適，離溫莎鎮走路1小時，公交車🚌20分鐘，8號bus可達。

So a group of us stayed here on Saturday, whilst upon arrival the hotel and grounds looked stunning, we were greated on reception and told one of our rooms were ready. This was fine as we were early, it was a 5 minute walk to the toilet, and the guys ended up getting lost, the rooms are a 10/15 minute walk away from the main check in; and it’s like walking through a hospital corridor to get to them. The rooms are very basic still with draw string lights, the water station was around a 3/4 minute walk from our room and no bottled water was in the room. At 3.30am we were awoken by a member of staff knocking and posting a note through our door to say there was going to be a power outage from 9am onwards, we were not able to shower as the room was pitch black and no water was coming out the shower. On a lighter note the breakfast was lovely!

Hotel located close to Windsor and Slough station with good amenities and ample parking. Lots of open spaces with woods nearby. Gave us early check-in and late check- out. Good breakfast included

這應該是一個很local的酒店。酒店離溫莎城堡很近，環境特別的好，一進門就是碩大開闊的草坪，還沒進酒店，就看一場寵物狗追松鼠的激戰場景，酒店的生態感和生動感一下子就出來了。酒店環境好，草坪噴泉都有，不管外觀還是內飾，顏值很高，也有很強的人文感，比如草地上給松鼠做了家，比如大樹修剪完之後在疤痕處畫了眼睛嘴巴等等。德維爾博蒙特是個很大的財團，底氣在那裡，品質自然不會差，所以酒店的設施床品毛巾衞浴用具都很不錯。不過雖然它看著離機場很近，其實過來交通不便，衹能打車或者自駕。如果來倫敦旅遊，又是重蓋特威克走，時間允許的話，強烈推薦來此休整，可以溜達一下，吃個早午餐喝個下午茶，比機場酒店舒服太多了。
